"Here and Now" became his fifth single to hit number one on the Hot Black Singles chart and his first single to chart in the Billboard pop chart top ten, peaking at number six.[1] "Here and Now" earned Luther Vandross his first Grammy award for Best Male R&B Vocal Performance in 1991.
